Once your slot is booked, I’ll be in touch to chat colours, sizes and design details — or you can message me straight away if you already know what you’d like. When everything is confirmed, I’ll create a custom listing for your remaining balance, which must be paid before I begin making your flowers.

What does the deposit cover?

It secures your place in my schedule, covers planning and consultation time, and ensures I set aside the materials and making time needed for your custom piece.

How much will my order cost in total?

This depends on what you’d like — bouquets, garlands and brooches all vary in size and complexity.

I’ll give you a clear quote before I begin so there are no surprises.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable as it secures your slot and time.

But if you need to change dates or make adjustments, please contact me — I’ll always do my best to help.

Can I change my mind about colours or flowers?

Yes, absolutely — as long as I haven’t already started cutting your felt, we can tweak colours and designs.

How long will it take?

This depends on:

the size of your order

how busy the studio is

your Bloom Slot date

During busy seasons (Valentine’s, Spring, Christmas) slots fill quickly, so booking early is always best.

Will I get updates?

Yes! I send photos for final approval pictures before the flowers are sent

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — UK, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

Customs charges may apply depending on your country.

What if I need my order urgently?

Please message me first. If I can fit you in earlier, I absolutely will — but this isn’t always possible in peak months
